If item needs to be shipped, winner pays for all shipping charges including tracking and insurance.We generally ship via FEDEX

You will need to contact the show at least 4-6 weeks prior to the date you would like to attend.  You will need to arrive at the studio  no later than 8AM. Children under 18, must be accompanied by an adult and children under 10 are not permitted.

All guest will be required to pass through a metal detector. Any guest who attempts to carry a weapon onto the premises (including an individual who may have a legal right to carry a weapon) will be denied access to the show.
