Core Energetics is a transformative therapeutic process and system which

compassionately incorporates bodywork and voicework

with aspects of traditional talk therapy, through which clients

expand and heal into a full, vital, alive sense of freedom and joy.

Cindy Michel began exploring the connection between body/mind

psychology in 1998 while training at The Barbara Brennan School of Healing.  During her initial training and working as an energy healer, Cindy discovered the body-centered psychotherapeutic process of Core Energetics which helped deepen her appreciation and understanding of the body/mind psychological connection.  After completing the 4-year Training Program in Core Energetics, Cindy became a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner and has been in private practice since 2004.  She recently completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in Los Angeles.  A central goal of her practice is to assist people in embodying and listening to their true selves. Her private practice is in Santa Monica, California.
