1-Day Artists Workshop on Saturday, September 14th from 1-6pm: A one-day workshop for artists of any kind - actors, writers, singers, dancers, painters - anyone who feels blocked from fully pursuing their creative life. If you haven't booked a job in a while or if you haven't sung in a long time... if you know you have a creative gift that wants "out" but know something is preventing (or protecting) it from coming out, come to this workshop!

Breakthrough Body is a dynamic process of personal exploration that guides you to your most authentic, vital self. The process is visceral, kinesthetic, intuitive, creative and fun. Angela is a certified Core Energetics practitioner. Using tools learned from her studies at the Radical Aliveness Core Energetics Institute, Chakra work and other healing practices, she helps her clients release any "stuck" or deadened energy that prevents them from connecting to their deeper purpose. Ultimately, her goal is to provide a safe space for artists to discover and practice being who they are meant to be in the world.
