Radical Aliveness draws on the tools and techniques of Core Energetics – a powerful body-based process that works with somatic energy. In Core Energetics, sexual energy and life force energy are the same. When we can experience ourselves as fully developed sexual beings, alive with vibrant energy coursing through our body, we feel more connected, creative, and excited about bringing our gifts to the world. In this fun and lively interactive workshop, you will learn techniques to free up this energy and access more pleasure and fulfillment.

This workshop is an opportunity to learn more about this process and yourself. We will engage in individual work as well as group process. Come for a weekend of connection, excitement and learning.
