Award winning Executive Chef, Dan McEachern, oversees the preparation of “cooked from scratch” entrees based on the season, special offerings of purveyors and with the type of music of the night in mind. His task is to offer a meal that would be the reason in and of itself to visit Dosey Doe. His presentation is note worthy and his creations are featured in several cook books from Canada to Texas.
