History

Rising Roll Gourmet began operating in Atlanta as Uptown Gourmet Sandwich Company in 1996, and met quick success. Rising Roll Gourmet has since grown consistently, with locations in five states, plus new concept extensions Rising Roll Express and Grab & Go.
