In addition, the building is home to Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures, a well-respected and popular Ottawa restaurant showcasing modern international cuisine utilizing classic French culinary techniques. Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa operates out the former Munross Mansion, a restored historic building constructed in 1874.

From a series on flavors from countries around the globe to planning and preparing special occasion meals and dishes, these classes are ideal for everyone from beginners to professionals. Learn from Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructors as they teach the latest techniques that can be used to achieve your very own masterpieces at home. The unrivalled Le Cordon Bleu teaching methodology combines a 2-hour demonstration followed by a 2-hour hands-on practical workshop in a professionally equipped kitchen. Tilted overhead mirrors and video cameras give students a chef's eye view of specific techniques as they are being performed. After the demonstration, the group is encouraged to taste the completed dishes and then create them during the hands-on workshop.

Enjoy a dinner with wine pairings for two, including a meet and greet opportunity with Chef Yannick Anton subject to availability. Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures features modern international cuisine utilizing classic French culinary techniques. Originally from the South of France, Chef Anton was appointed Executive Chef of Le Cordon Bleu Signatures Restaurant in November 2006, where he showcases local ingredients such as game, foie gras and seasonal produce. Dinner includes taxes and gratuities.

Enjoy a 3-night stay in a traditional Fairmont room including daily breakfast for two at this 4-star luxury hotel. Located in the heart of Ottawa next to the Parliament Buildings, the landmark Fairmont Château Laurier is a magnificent limestone edifice with turrets and masonry reminiscent of a French château. The Rideau Canal offers miles of bicycle and inline skating paths and the world's longest skating rink just outside your door.
The nearby Gatineau Hills offer great hiking, biking and canoeing, and in the winter, cross-country ski trails and excellent downhill thrills. During downtime, drop by the health club equipped with premier fitness machines and personal flat-screen televisions or take a dip in the art-deco pool.

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States to Ottawa, Canada, subject to availability. A minimum of three nights or a Saturday night stay is required. AAdvantage miles may be earned in accordance with the terms and conditions of the AAdvantage frequent flyer program. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The following blackout dates apply:
