The White House Historical Association is a charitable non-profit institution. All proceeds from the original sale of the ornaments are used to fund the acquisition of historic furnishings and artwork for the permanent White House collection.

The 2005 White House Historical Association Christmas ornament honors President James A. Garfield, a preacher, educator, soldier and politician.  The last of the log cabin presidents.

This remarkable historic ornament includes the official ornament, decorative box and original descriptive brochure.

In very good condition, and still in its original box.
