Description

Enjoy a tour and tea for 10 at the beautiful Aldie Mansion, Home of the Heritage Conservancy in Doylestown, PA. Also included is "The Story of Aldie", a hardback book which highlights the Mercer family history and the mansion. This book is signed by the author, Jeffrey Marshall.

Your tea will kick off with a guided tour of Aldie Mansion, beginning in the "Great Hall" where the Von Trapp family made their American debut. Then wal kthrough the oak-paneled Library and up the beautifully hand-carved staircase to the "Bride's Room," where you'll gain access to a secluded patio overlooking the breathtakingly manicured mansion gardens and an original water fountain, cast by the original owner, William Mercer Jr. himself.

Following the tour, you and your guests will enjoy assorted teas and delicious desserts in the intricately detailed "Mercer's Dining Room," just as William and his wife, Martha once did in 1927. Aldie Mansion awaits you!
