Ferguson Jenkins, during his long and illustrious MLB career, pitched for the Phillies, Cubs, Rangers, Red Sox and Cubs, and compiled a 284-226 record with 3,192 strikeouts. Among his many achievements, Jenkins won the Cy Young Award in 1971, was a three-time All-Star and tossed 49 career shutouts. Jenkins retired in 1983 and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1991.
