Description
Enjoy a relaxing week (Saturday through Saturday stay) at The Salty Dog Waterfront home. This 2 bedroom 2 full baths sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children and sits above the sand dunes overlooking the water. The Salty Dog Cottage offers a spacious living room with cable tv, wifi, dining area and large deck with gas grill overlooking East Sandwich beach. Close to the town of Sandwich and many of the Cape Cod attractions.
This non-smoking, newly built cottage has a full kitchen with microwave, blender, lobster pot (a must-have on the Cape!), stove, toaster oven and large refrigerator. There is an eating area and a sitting area plus two bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other 2 twin-size beds. Pillows and blankets are supplied, guests need to bring their own linens and towels), Washer and Dryer, Two Full Bathrooms. Deck on Sand Dunes which are right off the Beach. Two-car parking.
High bidder gets choice of any of the following weeks (weeks are from Saturday 2:30pm check-in to Saturday, 10am check-out):

- Oct 25 - Nov 1
Upon approval by owner, high bidder may split the stay into two shorter stays (i.e., Sat, May 3, 2014 to Wed, May 7, 2014 and Thurs, Oct. 16, 2014 to Sat, Oct. 18, 2014).
Special Instructions
A $300 fully-refundable security deposit (returned within 72 hours after checkout - deductions will be made in cases of damages, loss or when extraordinary cleaning is necessary) is needed to book your stay. Cottage is cleaned prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for leaving the cottage in the same degree of cleanliness.
No smoking allowed inside the cottage. No pets allowed (failure to observe pet policy will result in full forfeiture of security deposit). Large appliances such as air conditioners, small refrigerators or any other similar appliance may not be brought inside the cottage (hair dryers are ok).
