PlaneSense is the fractional program managed by privately held PlaneSense, Inc. It currently includes a fleet of over 30 Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, with more on order. We are governed under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 91, Subpart K. Our team of over 200 members handles all aspects of management, operations, scheduling, quality assurance, and administration. Our well-qualified mechanics service the PlaneSense fleet through our award winning Atlas Aircraft Center. Each individual of our company works towards owner safety and satisfaction by being an integral part of the whole. Guidelines & Requirement: Flight requests must be scheduled directly with Colbalt Air, LLC, with minimum 48 hours notice prior to the desired departure time. Flights are subject to aircraft availability and the following date and time restrictions:
2013
o No departures after 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26, Wednesday, November 27 and Thursday, December 26
o No departures on Sunday, December 1
o No departures prior to 2:00 pm on Monday, December 2 , and Friday, December 27
2014
o No departures after 2:00 pm on Fridays and Sundays in June, July, and August
o No departures prior to 2:00 pm on Mondays in June, July, and August
o Availability will be limited around Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. These will be determined in January 2014 and sent to the winning bidder assuming they have yet to book their trip.
