This beautiful graphite drawing titled "At T Wharf" Rockport, is 12 X 16. This is an original work by John Fleming and no reproductions of it exist.
After many years of work as a commercial artist, illustrator and jewelry designer, John Fleming of Rockport has settled into a career as a full-time, sculptor, graphic artist and painter. Fleming is a member of the North Shore Art Association and the Rockport Art Association. He has won numerous awards for his welded metal figure sculpture and his graphics depicting Cape Ann. He has had three successful solo shows at the RAA in the past. He has served on a number of juries of membership and exhibition for the RAA, the NSAA and the Marblehead and Magnolia Arts festivals. Fleming also teaches drawing at the Rockport Art Association.
Over the years Fleming has had numerous commissions, from near life-sized crucifixes for churches and monasteries, to figurative pieces and drawings for private and business collections both in the U.S. and abroad.
