Add this wonderful painting by local artist Anna Vojtech to your collection.

Born in Prague, Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic, Anna studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague, the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Belgium, and the Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg, Germany. She has worked as a freelance artist in the Animation Department of the National Film Board of Canada and for different film companies. She has illustrated many books for children, some of them award winning. 

Most of her work is inspired by Nature, not only as an environment but also as a force and energy.  Anna works in various media, from 2D drawings, pastels, watercolors, acrylics and oils to 3D objects,  puppets and sculptures in wood, styrofoam, cloth and many other materials. Her work has been exhibited in various group or solo shows in Canada, England, USA and the Czech Republic.

Anna lives with her family on Cape Ann, Massachusetts and works in her Cripple Cove Studio in Gloucester.
