Condo: If highest bid is from a non-AABC family, a $500 refundable security deposit will be due to secure a reservation. Cleaning fee to be covered by owners. Condo booking is based on availability. Not available during Thanksgiving or Christmas break dates in 2013. Maximum of four (4) occupants. $12/day parking payable to resort. Valet parking available. Airfare and transportation not included. Expires 11/03/2014.
