Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.  Good for room and tax only.  

Some dates may be excluded.  Blackout dates include: Fridays, Saturdays of July and August.  Additional black out dates may occur due to business demand.

Important: You will be notified by e-mail if you are awarded the winning bid. If shipment of your item is required, shipping and insurance charges will apply and will be billed to your account.  Local residents may make arrangements for pick-up.
