This item is a plastic Michigan license plate frame and a plastic front plate the MGoAuction is posting for the benefit of the scholarship which gives scholarships to Michigan undergrads with financial need who have been affected by cancer. 

Bidder assumes all shipping costs if they do not wish to pick the item up in person.
