As if that was not enough you and a friend will join Johanne and George on Saturday, November 16, 2013 with Chef David Reynoso, Executive Sous Chef Phil Niosi, and Pastry Chef Neil Temkin in their kitchen for a hands-on cooking class. Using locally harvested ingredients you will learn how to prepare classic Al Forno dishes. This class runs from 12:00 - 2:00pm, followed by a luncheon of the day's creations. You'll leave these classes with a handful of recipes, a full belly, and a mind jam-packed with kitchen tips and restaurant secrets to take home.
