Who says coulottes, knickers and hot pants went out in the 70s? Your Bridges high school student can go wild dressing their favorite history teacher Kim Miller up in whatever style they want. Wait...no....not the entire outfit, but they can choose a hat and shoes.  She has no choice in the matter and she has to wear them the entire school day.  They can be made out of anything -- within reason -- and can include any iconography. OK.  Maybe not ANY iconography. Obviously, anything Kim wears is subject to the approval of you the parents, and the administration ... but it is not subject to the approval of Kim.
