Pilate-ology is a boutique Pilates studio in Sherman Oaks. They offer “circuit training Pilates classes”. That means you get strength training, cardio, and traditional Pilates in each workout!
All Level Group Reformer Classes:âÂA?¨ Their group reformer classes are 50 minutes long and will provide you the most effective full body circuit training based Pilates workout. The classes are taught on Stott reformers and the spring board will be used occasionally during these sessions. If you have never taken a Pilates class we highly suggest you take at least one private session or beginner group class to become familiar with the reformer and basic Pilates instruction.
If you’re new to Pilates we do require at least 1 beginner class or private session.

Item can be picked up at live event on March 1, 2014 (ticket required for entry) or at Bridges Academy from March 3-14, 2014 during normal school hours (excluding holidays). Refer to www.bridges.edu for school calendar or call 818-506-1091. Purchaser to pay for insured and tracked shipping. Shipping will be ground unless express shipping is requested and paid for by buyer.
