The winner of this item will have the best lawn in the neighborhood!!  JEM Manicured Lawn Service will be applying one year of turf applications for up to 8,000 square feet of lawn for new or existing customers. The six applications include:

Early Spring - Fertilization with pre-emergent spot spray broadleaf weed control.

Late Spring - Fertilization with pre-emergent spot spray broadleaf weed control.

Summer - Balance Fertilization and spot spray weeds.

Summer - Grub worm control.

Early Fall - Balance Fertilization and spot spray weeds.

Winter - Take soil samples - add lime where needed. Balance fertilization.
