Rum is produced with the finest quality molases, fermented, and distilled in our custom built classic copper pot still. The rum rests in charred white oak barrels, adding distinctive flavor to the maturing spirit. Once properly aged, the rum is bottled by hand at our distillery in Cape Ann.
