"The master Amarone producer makes a sweet wine.  This wine is made from grapes harvested early, not late, then dried indoors for 3-4 months. The drying concentrates the flavors and the structure while keeping it's acidity. The results are unbelievable, a powerful red wine with structure, balance, dynamic, explosive flavor, that does have some residual sugar. How do you drink this wine? Well Italians call this wine a "vino da meditazione" a wine for meditation.... Stunning wine."
