Motorcycle will be delivered to the U.S. Harley-Davidson dealer of the winner's choice in the 48 contiguous United States within 60 days of the close of the auction. Winner is responsible at the dealership upon delivery of the motorcycle for all dealer set-up fees, sales taxes, title fees, license fees, registration fees, import duties and modifications if necessary to make this vehicle legal in their state and/or country. Delivery charge is included to the winner's nearest Harley-Davidson dealership if the winner resides in the 48 contiguous United States. If the winner resides outside of the U.S., shipping charges are the responsibility of the winner.
