Applicable sales tax will be added to the total for the winners from the states of CA, CO, FL, GA, MD, MI, MN, and WI.  Shipping and handling is $19.95 in the 48 contiguous United States and $29.95 elsewhere.  All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the winner.  All items will be shipped out 7-10 business days after the auction closes.  Items will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless winner requests FedEx Express.  All items will require a signature for delivery.
