Bidding will be for a one hour Reiki session with Christopher Tellez at the San Francisco Reiki Center

 Reiki is an ancient Buddhist technique of channeling energy through the palms of the hands. This vital spiritual energy activates the natural healing processes, detoxifying the body of both physical and emotional blockages while bringing deep relaxation and calmness.

About Christopher Tellez

Christopher Tellez is a second degree Reiki practitioner and owner of SF Reiki Center. He follows the traditional Usui teachings of Hawayo Takata. Christopher focuses on strengths, selfcare, and building self-awareness to calm, balance and restore the body and mind.

Christopher has been featured in Dot429 magazine and Seven Ponds. Christopher also volunteers with Shanti’s Breast Cancer Program and has been funded by the The U'ilani Fund to give Reiki to Breast Cancer survivors
