This lovely collectible is a demi-tasse or expresso cup and saucer.  We could find no information about it but the wear on the underside surface rims means they are probably vintage, at least. 

The only distinguishing mark is E-1049 on the underside. They have a tulip floral design with gold trim

The cup is 2 inches in diameter and 2 inches in height.  The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/8 inches.
