Vintage (Antique)  Johnson Bros. Game Bird series, Quail 4 1/4"  diameter decorative plate.  We know very little about this plate other than it is in very good condition and is about 1/3 " deep. There are some age marks on the underneath (see picture of mark).

We did find it on e-bay from $39.99 to $64.98 but have no idea of its actual worth.
