The bearer of this certificate and a maximum of eight guests 
are entitled to a V.I.P tour at a South Metro Fire Rescue Authority station.  

The VIP Station Tours are unique and customized for the group attending.  Each Officer will provide a special hands-on experience based on availability of equipment, age of the group, and the time allotted, usually an hour.
SMFRA has the discretion to deny a request for service for any reason including, but not limited to:
1)	 The request is not submitted in a timely fashion, which will result in planning, notification and processing difficulties – normally, SMFRA requires a minimum of a two week notice prior to the scheduled event date;
2)	The event conflicts with scheduled training or other SMFRA events;
3)	The event is deemed to be a business endorsement unless the business mission is parallel with that of SMFRA (i.e., opening of hospitals within the district);
4)	The event is a birthday party with festivities planned beyond that of the station tour that are to be held at a SMFRA facility.
Additional information:
•	Crews are not able to go out-of-service during the event. At least one additional SMFRA member will be present to complete the station tour in the event the crew is unavailable. 
•	No food will be provided.
•	Adult supervision present during event.
•	Certificate to be used within the year purchased, unless prior arrangements have been made.
