Enjoy an evening in Tuscany with Starr and David Baines, owners of Travels to Tuscany!   This four-course meal will explore the traditions of Tuscan cuisine and wines.   The meal will begin with a typical antipasti of mixed meats and cheeses followed by Starr’s handmade roasted butternut squash ravioli, then David’s braised beef in red wine served with polenta and seasonal vegetables. The meal will end with Starrs’ biscotti dipped in Vin Santo and, of course, Grappa. Wines will include their favorite Prosecco, Chianti, Super Tuscan, and Brunello all from their personal wine cellar.  This is sure to be an evening and meal you won’t soon forget
