Enjoy an Arizona escape in The Perotti Family's beautiful home.  The house is a single story 4 bedroom home at Taliverde and is adjacent to one of the 2 golf courses that are part of the Arizona Biltmore Resort.  The home is remodeled and has an inground pool.  It is located on the 8th green and there is access to the historic Arizona Biltmore facilities (though fees apply depending on use ie golf, spa, dining).

Taliverde is a guard-gated community that flanks the golf course, just below Piestewa Peak.  It is just a few blocks away from the Biltmore Fashion Park which includes and is surrounded by the best restaurants and retail in Phoenix.  There is also access to horseback riding or hiking in the preserves of Piestewa Peak which hold breathtaking views of the Valley.  Taliverde is centrally located and within minutes of major sporting arenas, museums, concert venues and other attractions.

This treasure is available for one week to be mutually agreed upon.  It is available May - October 2014.
