If you close your eyes and think of the Yucatan, color is everywhere.  Mathew Boussina, who grew up in Tiburon and traveled his way around Latin America, has chosen to translate the Yucatan experience to Taco Jane’s, his breezy little San Anselmo café, where an interior washed in sunshine yellow and an outdoor deck splashed with flowered oil cloth tables both pulsate to the beat of Musica Cubana.
