The home is 4,500 square feet with five bedrooms, formal living and formal dining room, a kitchen, eating area and great room with HD flat screen on the ground floor, and an enormous basement with a large game room with big screen TV, foosball table and combo pool table that converts to a ping-pong table.

The backyard features a heated pool with basketball hoop and volleyball net, a heated spa, gas BBQ, and half-court basketball court and a large covered patio with a misting system that can drop the patio temperature 10-20 degrees during the summer – an oasis for entertaining! The yard looks straight out to the 3rd tee on the golf course and to the beautiful McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak beyond.

The house sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The enormous master bedroom has its own door out to the patio, large TV and an incredible master bath with separate tub and shower.
