With your introductory membership Bay Club has also included a complimentary Signature Service appointment.  This is a one-hour session with a certified personal fitness trainer who will create a customized fitness plan based on your specific needs.  He/she will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments that perform the design and development of your workout plan.  Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and guide you through a workout session.
