Your group tour will include an overview of craft distillation and artisanal spirits, with a chance to view the stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage and bottling line. Your friendly spirit guide will explain the production process, engage in a little absinthe myth-busting and reveal why there is a shark on the premises.
