Come practice and play at We Yogis with the 2nd grade girls! This fun yoga class will introduce you to the incredible yoga flow that improves flexibility, balance and strength while teaching the ever important power of the breath. You will feel results physically and mentally as you turn your focus within, releasing any stress and tension.
