Location: YMCA Camp Grady Spruce is located on Possum Kingdom Lake, approximately 2 1/2 hours west of Dallas. Lodging: Cabins overlook the beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake. Each unit sleeps up to 12. These air conditioned cabins offer indoor toilets, sink and a shower. A kitchenette will provide a refrigerator, small ice box, sink, oven and stove top. Activities: Guests are welcome to arrive Friday anytime after 5:00 pm. If guests want to participate in horseback riding, reservations are scheduled upon arrival. Each rider must wear long pants and closed toe shoes and pay $15 cash per rider. Structured activities are available throughout Saturday. On Sunday guests are asked to depart by noon. Participation in activities is optional and includes: archery, riflery, canoeing, trail hiking, horseback riding and barge ride to Devil's Island.
