SFBC parent Ruth Ellen Kahn will provide three 30-minute viola lessons.

Ruth Ellen Kahn, violist, is a graduate of The Juilliard School and currently teaches viola at the University of California at Berkeley. She played with the New York City Ballet Orchestra for 18 years, as well as many other ensembles. As a winner of Artists International Competition, her chamber ensemble received a debut recital in Carnegie Recital Hall. She performs regularly with San Francisco Opera Orchestra. She is also the Artistic Director of Musica Marin.
