We offer private and partner personal training in a sophisticated studio setting that features everything you'll need to succeed. If you want to lose weight, work on your diet, develop workout routines to take on the road or to the gym, be a better athlete, or feel less pain, we can help you move in the right direction. Our APPROACH is DIFFERENT - we put together solid workouts but we also help with the other components that might help you succeed: nutrition, lifestyle management, and working on habits (building good ones, replacing bad ones). We offer packages in three, six and twelve month commitment and meet between one and four times a week, depending on your goals and budget. We also have AREAS of EXPERTISE that other trainers don't: for example, Spencer has a Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology and can give you the tools you need to succeed in developing healthier habits. And we listen - what are you goals? What have you succeeded with? What are you having challenged with? What are your concerns? Are we on time? Yes. Are we ready for you when you get here? Yes. Will you have fun? Yes! We aren't like other trainers in the city who are late, flaky, not organized and don't keep themselves accountable for your results. We care that you feel good during and after our workouts about working with us. Plus, we guarantee you results and measure your performance based on assessments that we do on a monthly basis - this helps keep everyone accountable.
