Description
3-month Family Membership at the Bay Club in San Francisco, including initiation fee. Plus, a complimentary Signature Service appointment will be included. This is a 1-hour session with a certified personal fitness trainer who will create a customized fitness plan based on your specific needs. S/he will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments that form the design and development of your workout plan. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and give you through a workout session.

Membership must begin prior to 6/4/14. Provide Bay Club "Letter" as proof of purchase. Current Bay Club members are not eligible to redeem this offer, and the Club is not responsible for honoring the value if purchased by a former donation winner. This donation applies to the memeberhip initiation fee only and 3 months of dues. This certificate is non-transferable, cannot be re-sold, or redeemed for cash value. All other standard Bay Club San Francisco terms and conditions apply. This donation cannot be activated until a San Francisco Boys Chorus authorized representative signs the Bay Club letter.
