Men and women learn our reality-based mixed martial arts system balancing student safety with one's goal-oriented fitness needs. It includes Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and scenario-based self-defense. Coupon may also be used for our daytime MMA Fit class. Classes meet twice per week.
