Advertising collectible designed as an ashtray, match holder, or container for other small items. This cobalt blue glass ashtray shaped like a top hat is embossed on the bottom: LOWELL Hand cream Deodorant Blue gem cream Piqua, Ohio. In excellent condition-- no chips or cracks.
Details: Top hat measures 3 3/8" tall at highest point; brim is 3 1/4" long x 2 1/2" wide; base is 2" in diameter.
