Simply Tri is a 16-week group exercise program designed to help participants build a healthy, active lifestyle and shed a few pounds while training for a sprint triathlon. No single exercise is the key to a healthier you; it is all three combined that produce the best results. The program includes:
- 51 coached group workouts
- 6 day workout plan per week provided by coach/trainer
- One hour weight loss program orientation with five one hour dietitian
consultations and periodic check ins through out the 16 weeks - Access to a food journal monitored by dietitian
- Strength training program with three guided sessions by a certified trainer

Schedule:
Run (Central Park or AquaCenter) - Tuesday Evening - 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Swim (AG AquaCenter Pool) - Wednesday - 9:00pm to 10:00pm
Bike (Central Park or AG Spin Room) - Saturday - 7:00am to 8:00am
Uptown Location Only. Must be used for Spring or Summer 2014 session.
