Description
These clinics are 10 weekly sessions held in Asphalt Green’s Olympic pool (91st Street and York Avenue). You will receive an underwater videotaped stroke analysis at each session. There is 15 minutes of deck drills and 1 hour of pool time, followed by video analysis.
Special Instructions
Must redeem for the Winter Tri Stroke Clinic beginning February 2014 or Spring Tri Stroke Clinic beginning April 2014.
