Paul will meet with you to find out about your food passions and the special needs of you and your guests. He will cook a 5-course meal for up to 8 people in your home and will pair wine from his collection with each course. You can choose to have wines exclusively from one continent, country, region or varietal, or enjoy a mixture of themes. 

Paul's collection is particularly deep in Australian Reds, Cult California Cabernet, and Chateanunef du Pape. These are high quality, rare wines and Paul supplies a wide range of options. 

All courses will be prepared from scratch from organic and locally grown sources (when possible) with special consideration of your particular interests, dietary needs and preferences. Paul is a self-taught cook and "foodie" for the past 25 years.
