Dr. Bochner is Board Certified in Sports Injuries and in Active Release Techniques (ART) since 1994, which makes him one of the earliest providers to use ART. He is an assistant instructor for ART and is also a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Bochner uses the above approach to treat both traumatic and over-use injuries in athletes from recreational to elite level as well as a broad range of injuries seen in everyday life. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Bochner has run his own office in New York City since 1995.
Special Instructions
Includes a biomechanical screening exam of your posture, range of motion and muscle balance. A treatment plan will be proposed for key findings for any current injury. Dr. Bochner specializes in sports injuries to the spine and extremities and soft tissue/muscle rehabilitation, including Active Release Techniques and his proprietary, Prepare tp Compete Injury Prevention System.
