Join Susan (Akash PM), former pastry assistant at Pres a Vis and baker at Chestnut Bakery, to learn to make a Tartine inspired quiche from scratch.  The lesson will be at her house and will include a quiche (veg or nonveg) to take home and a quiche pan to take it home in.  Also included will be the recipe and dough for yummy sea salt chocolate chip cookies.
