GOLF at TAMARACK COUNTRY CLUB or BURNING TREE COUNTRY CLUB round for 3

Item Number: 159
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
Enjoy a round of gold for three at your choice of Tamarack Country Club or Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, CT.
Named after the many “Tamarack “ trees that are indigenous to the area, the course was designed by Charles H. Banks, also well known for laying out the fine Yale course in New Haven, Conn. Its charm stems from a layout utilizing, to maximum effect, the rolling but not severe hills and natural countryside of its 500 feet above sea level elevation. The surrounding pristine ridges and tree-laden valleys, and the virtually uncluttered skyline, all combine to insure a peaceful, tranquil setting. In a fast-growing suburban area, this combination is hard to duplicate.
Burning Tree Country Club is first and foremost a private golf club that places high importance on the creation of an open and family oriented environment. The club was founded in 1962. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course which has hosted US Open Qualifiers and Met PGA events, an 8-lane 25-meter pool with a diving well, Har-Tru tennis courts, a platform tennis complex and multiple member and event dining options.
