Fork Knife Spoon,  Bright School's Centennial Cookbook created by the Parents' Association, features a collection of Chattanooga’s favorite recipes.  The selections utilize the bounty of local harvests infused with the influences of an increasingly international community.

The 258 recipes are arranged in 10 chapters celebrating the past 10 decades of Chattanooga history.  These recipes are accompanied by glimpses of places, products, and people that have shaped Chattanooga in the past 100 years.  Through the pages, the true flavor and feel of our lovely city emerges.

Also included is a special section featuring recipes from 15 favorite local restaurants.
