Jaguars are endangered due to overhunting and deforestation. The jaguar is native to areas of North, Central and South America and is normally found in rainforest habitats, swampy areas and dry and desert environments; including Arizona. Jaguars are the third-largest cat in the world after lions and tigers and also one of four roaring big cats. This big cat is often confused with leopards because of the jaguar's tawny coat that is covered in black spots. However, jaguars are larger than leopards and have a broad head, shorter leg and a stockier body.
Special Instructions
All items will be available for pick-up by the winner at the Phoenix Zoo's Neely Education Building on Saturday, October 5th between 9am and 1pm. Please note your item number, and bring an ID.
If you have chosen to have your item shipped, please note that shipping is at bidder's expense unless specifically stated otherwise in item description.
Those purchasers who request that the item be shipped to them must either provide a prepaid shipping label or prepay separately for the shipping (i.e. overnight, UPS, USPS, etc.). Shipping will be coordinated after you win the item. Note, shipping charges are not included in the bid price except where indicated.
If the previous options are not available to you, please contact phoenixaazkauction@biddingforgood.org for other arrangements. Please note that making arrangements other than the currently scheduled October 5th pick-up date might cause a delay in receiving your items.
